During each broadcast, a new round starts before every match. The bot will post in chat and open a 3 minute window for you to place your predictions. Notifications will appear at the 2 minute mark, the 1 minute mark, and finally at 10 seconds before closing.

Each contestant begins with 10 points. Contestants will have the opportunity to bet points predicting the outcome of each match. The minimum bet is 1 point and you can always bet up to 10 points even when you have 0 points. You cannot have negative points. Otherwise, your maximum bet is limited to the number of points you currently have. Points do not represent any form of legal currency and are not redeemable for value.

Make sure to check the website once you place the bet as there is no way to view whether or not a bet has gone through. After a prediction round has been closed, Contestants wait for the match to begin. At the end of the match, a winner will be triggered and prediction points will be awarded in the chat along with a link. Points are awarded at static, even odds. At the end of each broadcast, contestants can view the leaderboard to determine the winner. The odds of winning depend on the Contestant’s predictive skills and the number of eligible Contestants.

First place for the broadcast wins one of the two variations of a Scorpion Statue. First place prize has an approximate retail value of $80.00 U.S. ESL will pay for shipping and handling.

In the event of a tie, rankings will be decided by the overall win-loss record (number of successful bets minus number of unsuccessful bets) of the Contestants. If that still results in a tie, a winner will be randomly selected from the tied Contestants for a total of one (1) winner.
